amazing flour for baking

This flour makes the most beautiful breads. The dough is fluffy, unlike most gluten-free baked goods. I am using it to perfect a banana bread and am grateful for how the cassava/nut-free blend has helped with baking.

It took a month to arrive

Given how hot its been, I’m afraid to use it.

Most Excellent

I love Beth Blends and as I function best on an AIP diet, it’s perfect for me and baking. Beth Blends allows for baking that actually turns out! No more dumping baked goods that are awful, which is frustrating. Tomorrow? Chocolate birthday cake for a 72 years young woman. 💙

Such a great flour blend!

I have tried many AIP recipes for baked goods with mixed results. My daughter and I eat AIP and my husband eats SAD. I’ve made chocolate chip cookies and pumpkin pancakes with this blend and we all loved them! Can’t wait to make the hamburger bun recipe on the site.
