I have tried many AIP recipes for baked goods with mixed results. My daughter and I eat AIP and my husband eats SAD. I’ve made chocolate chip cookies and pumpkin pancakes with this blend and we all loved them! Can’t wait to make the hamburger bun recipe on the site.
Besides grains, I cannot have cassava or tapioca. This flour is perfect for me. I made the chocolate chip cookies recipe on the bag and they are the best AIP chocolate chip cookies I have made so far. It is pricey, but cuts out the hassle of buying all the combination of flours in other recipes and making the cookies takes less time. My husband even liked them!

Makes a great AIP and nut-free sub for almond flour in place recipe at a 1:1 ratio. Beth has mastered this! Just omit any baking soda called for since it already contains it.
