Nut/Cassava Free Grain Free Flour Blend 8 oz Bag

Good grain free option

I bought this after seeing it on the Paleo Mom website. I’ve been looking for alternate flours that are nut and rice free, and this one fit the bill. The pancakes were very good, and not heavy as some non-rice based flours can be. I will continue to purchase this flour blend.

Best pancakes!!

This flour is a life changer. I made pancakes this morning that were incredible!! I'm making hamburger buns next and can't wait. This prices are incredibly high (thus four stars instead of five) but for someone that can't have coconut, cassava, tapioca or nuts, this is life changing.

I didn’t like it, I LOVED IT!!!

I was so excited to try this Nut/cassava free blend as I’ve already tried the other grain free blend to make pancakes and they were amazing!!! I decided to use the nut/cassava free blend to make waffles. I have to say the waffle recipe calls for spices and pumpkin which I wasn’t really sure I’d like. I’m not a big fave of pumpkin spice. However, I didn’t like them, I LOVED THEM!!! They are SO amazing and easy to make! It was not just a waffle but a dessert. I cooked each waffle for about 3-4 minutes and topped it with a little maple syrup. I kid you not, these waffles are amazing and fluffy on the inside!!! It made 8 palmed sized waffles and eating one waffle was filling. So I was able to eat on the waffles for a week! I am counting down the days to make another batch and I will definitely be buying the 2 pound bag of both Beth blends. I can’t wait to try the other recipes with the blends. Try it, you won’t regret it!!!
