What is your return policy?

All sales are final. We accept returns or exchanges for products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email within 30 days of the order date. Upon receipt of your email, we will respond promptly and accordingly. Then make sure that your replacement is sent out. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.

Your satisfaction is our number one priority. Please let us know how we are doing and how we can improve.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping takes 2-5 days depending upon where you are in the US. However, please allow an additional 1-2 days for processing.

How much is shipping?

Shipping will vary depending upon your location. However, shipping is free when you make a purchase of $49 or more.  

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. If you are outside the US and would like our products, feel free to let us know via email. We can let you know when we are able to open shipping to countries other than the US.

If you are in Canada and would like to try our products, we encourage you to reach out to Switch Grocery, Natura Market and Farm Boy. They have all shown interested in our products and are more likely to carry us, if they know they already have a customer base.  

Are your products produced in a gluten-free facility?

Yes. We work with a co-packer that is exclusively gluten free. Please note, we are not currently certified gluten-free as we have not undergone the lengthy process to obtain this certification. However, we are working towards that goal. Additionally, every batch of our flour is Gluten-Tox tested to ensure that it's between 10ppm to 5ppm level. The FDA requires 20ppm or under for gluten-free products

The Grain Free Flour Blend is also produced in a top 5 allergen (gluten, peanuts, soy, fish, shellfish) free facility. The Nut/Cassava Free Grain Free Flour Blend also is produced in a top 9 (gluten, peanuts, soy, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, eggs, seeds, dairy) allergen free facility.

Are your products organic?

In an effort to balance quality ingredients along with budget, we use organic ingredients when possible. However, our products are non-GMO.
