AIP Chocolate Mug Cake
This AIP ‘Chocolate’ Mug Cake couldn’t be easier. It takes less than 5 minutes and only 6 ingredients to make a delicious dessert.
2 tablespoons Beth Blends Grain Free Flour Blend
1 tablespoon Carob Powder plus additional
1/8 teaspoon Vanilla Powder
1/2 Banana mashed
1 tablespoon Coconut Milk
1 tablespoon Coconut Oil or Ghee (if tolerated)
Mix flour blend, carob powder, salt and vanilla powder in a mug.
Next add mashed banana, coconut milk and coconut oil into the flour. Stir to thoroughly combine.
Place the mug in microwave and heat on high for 90 seconds. Then allow to cool for a few minutes before eating.
- Enjoy on its own or topped with some AIP Vanilla Frosting dusted with carob powder.
