The Banana Cake recipe from Jen at Bacon and Spice is to die for!! It’s so moist & fluffy with just the right amount of sweetness! It’s topped with maple cream cheese frosting and there is no way you can stop at one slice 😉 It’s paleo, refined sugar free and the cake itself actually has no sweeteners due to the bananas. The flour has a slight graham cracker taste and is made from tigernut, green plantains & arrowroot.
