Wow!! I made pancakes with this flour blend and I was almost in tears because they were the closest thing to non aip pancakes that I’ve had in 2 years! This mix made amazing pancakes! They had a slightly crispy exterior and a moist and tender interior. They also had excellent flavor. For only having 4 ingredients and no gums, I'm impressed!!
